1. Oatmeal Congee
Direction: Stir 100g (1 cup) Rogers Porridge Oats into 870mL (3 1/2 cups) boiling water, and then add minced beef/pork, or mixed vegetables/fillet. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 15-18 minutes. Add salt to taste. Then 4 cups of oatmeal congee is done.
2. Porridge Oats Breakfast Cereal
Direction: Stir 50g (1/2cup) Rogers Porridge Oats into 375mL (1 1/2 cups) boiling water, cook on low for 5-8 minutes. Served hot with skim milk or sugar, then 2 cups of porridge oats breakfast cereal is done.
